- The ID-5x™ fluid dispenser provides automatic, unattended application of abrasive polishing solutions and lubricants. This five (5) position dispenser connects to the back of the MetPrep 3x™ and MetPrep 3x™ grinders/polishers, and is controlled and programmed through the touchscreen. Positions 4 and 5 feature high-speed pumps for dispensing colloidal solutions, and a corrosion resistant magnetic stirring function for use with polishing slurries that normally settle.
- The integrated dispenser (ID) features a pivoting manifold mounted on the powerhead to position the dispensing nozzles so liquids clear the sample holder.

- ID-5x™와 RD-5x™는 연마용액, 윤활제 등을 자동으로 공급하는 장비로, MetPrep3x™와 MetPrep4x™와 연동하여 사용
- MetPrep3x™/4x™의 터치스크린에서 프로그래밍 및 제어 가능
- 공급시간, 공급량 및 주기 설정으로 재현성 있는 일정한 공급이 가능. 작업자간 편차를 제거하므로 동일한 결과를 얻을 수 있음. 용액의 소모를 줄일 뿐 아니라 작업 효율과 생산성이 증가.
- 5개의 용액공급이 가능하며, 산화물 용액의 공급관이 막히는 현상 방지를 위한 공급관 세척 기능
- ID-5x는 공급 노즐이 파워헤드 옆에 통합(Integrated)
- RD-5x는 공급 노즐이 별도 연결된 암에 위치(Remote)
